Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5-7 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.

    Lost or Damaged Items:

    While we take every precaution to ensure that your order reaches you in pristine condition, we hereby declare that we are not liable for any damages or loss incurred during transit. Our responsibility for the shipment ends once it is handed over to USPS for delivery. In the event of damage or loss during transit, we recommend reaching out to USPS directly to file a claim and seek resolution.

    Returns:

    Due to the nature of our products, Lion Buttaz does not offer refunds or accept returns. We take great care to ensure the quality and integrity of each item we produce, and for sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns once products have been purchased and shipped.     Return Shipping:

    Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item.

    Refunds:

    Due to the unique nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. We take great care to ensure that every item leaving our facility meets our high standards of excellence.     Exchange Policy

    At Lion Buttaz, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you encounter an issue with your item, we offer three options to assist you

    • Damaged Items via USPS:

      • If your item arrives broken, please file a claim directly through USPS to resolve the issue.

    • Broken Item Replacement:

      • Email us a picture of the broken item. You will be required to pay a $10 shipping fee, and we will send you a fresh replacement.

    • Discount on Next Purchase:

      • Email us with details of the issue and photos. We will provide you with a special code for 25% off your next purchase.
